Congratulations to all our award winners!
The HOSPA Annual Learner Awards Ceremony was held in January at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel, London in the presence of over 70 distinguished guests from the industry.
Prizes were awarded to each of the stand-out learners in each of the three stages of both the Financial Management and Revenue Management courses, making 12 prize winners in all.
The awards then acknowledged the two outstanding learners who came top overall in the Financial Management and Revenue Management courses.
Financial Management 'Learner of the Year 2018' is Maria Gutierrez Mondragon who is Accounts Assistant at the Delta Norton Park Operations.
Revenue Management 'Learner of the Year 2018' is Kris Franklin, Cluster Revenue Manager for Amaris Hospitality.
Also recognised were two employers for their outstanding commitment to education in the hospitality industry - Jurys Inns & Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland for Financial Management and Hoseasons Ltd for Revenue Management.
HOSPA was delighted to welcome two international learners – Hien Nguyen and Yan Zhang – who travelled from Vietnam and Dubai respectively in order to receive their awards in person.
